Helicheck
Our Helicheck measuring machine delivers repeatability and accuracy within 1.4 microns (±0.000030”), as required for aerospace, PCD and other high tolerance tools, including turbine and surgical cutters. It inspects tools up to about 8” in diameter and 12” long (200 x 300 mm).
The WALTER Helicheck measures virtually every tool geometry automatically, without touching the tool, and guarantees consistency from operator to operator. This capability maximizes production and minimizes tool changes, enabling PTG to lower its production costs and pass savings on to its customers.
